Service details are determined based on the type of occasion, coverage duration, event location, number of team members, type of deliverables, and any additional requirements from the client.

Any additional requests outside the approved package will be clarified and agreed upon in advance.
If there is any difference between the general information on this page and what is stated in the approved quotation or contract, the approved quotation or service contract shall prevail.
3. Booking Confirmation
The booking is confirmed after the client approves the offer or package and completes the agreed booking requirements.
Early booking confirmation helps us allocate the right team and prepare the coverage details in a way that suits the occasion.
Contacting us or requesting a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until it is confirmed by Glowie.

To ensure the coverage runs smoothly, we recommend providing us in advance with the following:

- The important moments the client wishes to document.
- Any special notes related to privacy or photography arrangements.
The clearer the details are before the occasion, the more this helps the Glowie team provide a smoother and more organised experience.
7. Delivery and Revisions
The final work is delivered according to the timeline stated in the offer or booking agreement.
Delivery time may vary depending on the size of the occasion, number of photos, video duration, and type of deliverables required.
The service includes the revisions or adjustments stated in the approved package or offer.
If there are any comments after receiving the preview or first version, the client may send them within the period stated in the offer or agreement.
Any additional requests outside the package scope will be clarified and agreed upon in advance.
8. Albums and Final Materials
If the service includes albums or printed products, they will be produced according to the specifications approved in the offer.
The design will be sent for preview or approval whenever this is included in the service.
Printed colours may slightly differ from the digital preview due to differences in screens, printing, and materials.
9. Privacy and Use of Photos
The privacy of your occasion is very important to us.
We do not publish any photos or videos from your occasion on social media accounts, the website, or marketing materials unless we obtain your consent or as otherwise agreed in advance.
If you approve the use of selected work in Glowie’s portfolio or accounts, we carefully select the materials in a way that preserves the privacy and overall image of the occasion.
